Is my gift tax-deductible?

Friends of Lewis County Hospice, Inc. is recognized as an IRS 501(c)(3) public charity. Contributions are generally deductible to the extent allowed by law. Keep your canceled check and written acknowledgment with your tax records.

How do I request a receipt?

Include your return address with the donation or email info@friendsoflchospice.org with the donor name, donation date and amount.

Can I donate goods or services?

Please contact the organization before delivering items or arranging an in-kind gift so the Board can confirm current needs and acceptance requirements.

Does the Friends organization provide patient care?

No. The Friends is a charitable support organization. Clinical services and referrals are handled by Lewis County Health System Hospice.
